ImageGen is a full-stack AI product. Our work spans generative model inference, backend API engineering, frontend UX, and infrastructure. Here is a sample of what our team tackles day to day:
AI & Model Engineering
Evaluating new Stable Diffusion architectures, optimizing inference pipelines for lower latency, integrating prompt enhancement models, and building automated quality evaluation tooling.
Backend & API
Building the FastAPI server, task queue workers (Celery + Redis), PostgreSQL data models, authentication systems, rate limiting, and the public REST API consumed by third-party developers.
Frontend & UX
Designing and building the web interface with Tailwind CSS and Alpine.js, optimizing image loading performance, creating accessible UI components, and continuously improving the generation workflow.
Infrastructure & DevOps
Managing GPU server provisioning, container orchestration, object storage pipelines, CDN configuration, monitoring and alerting, and ensuring high availability across the generation stack.
How We Work
Small team, big ownership
Everyone works on meaningful problems. There is no queue of tickets assigned from above — team members identify what matters, propose solutions, and own the outcome end to end.
Remote-first
Our team works asynchronously across time zones. We communicate in writing, document decisions, and trust people to manage their own time and deliver quality work.
Ship fast, improve continuously
We prefer deploying something functional and iterating over waiting for perfection. Speed of learning matters more than having all the answers up front.
Curiosity about AI
We stay close to current research in generative models, diffusion, multimodal learning, and adjacent areas. You do not need to be a researcher, but genuine interest in how these systems work will make you effective here.
